Amazing staff and views

Had a fantastic time! The staff felt like family, super helpful and friendly. The room had a stunning view of the Hagia Sophia. Breakfast was a treat, especially the fresh fruits! One little thing, the shower had low water pressure, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

Charming atmosphere and very helpful staff made the experience delightful. Proximity to major sights allowed me to explore Istanbul easily, with captivating views from my balcony.

Inconsistent hot water was frustrating, not ideal for a morning shower. Occasional noise from nearby nightlife affected sleep quality, detracting from the overall enjoyment.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I felt like I was at home thanks to the amazing staff. They were exceptional, helping me find nearby places to explore. The view from my balcony was impressive, and being so close to major attractions was a bonus. The massage therapy was ideal after long days of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the staff’s help in recovering my phone left in a taxi.

The gym area was small. Noise from a nearby bar was noticeable at times.

The friendly staff really made us feel at home, especially Apo, who helped us find great local spots. The breakfast, with its stunning terrace view, was a delightful way to start each day. Plus, the central location made exploring nearby attractions like the Blue Mosque super easy.

My children wished for a larger pool area for some fun splash time.

my stay was great but one thing was when i checked out, i didn't get a proper goodbye. the spa had so many good treatments, and the breakfast selection was impressive! loved the friendly atmosphere, and the views from my room were stunning!

charming stay with lovely staff

I felt like I was staying with family, the staff were so lovely and helpful. The location was fantastic with easy access to many restaurants and beautiful views of the Hagia Sophia and the Golden Horn from the balcony. Being just a short walk away from the Grand Bazaar really added to the charm. The spa was ready for use, and I regretted not experiencing it during my stay.

The only downside was that I didn't take advantage of the spa services.

It was just a great match for a fleeting trip in Istanbul with good value. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr Abdullah, who took the time to explain everything upon my arrival. Don't hesitate to ask for restaurant recommendations. they really know the area well.

The hotel's accessibility features made it easy for me to navigate, with no stairs to climb and wide hallways accommodating my mobility needs. It was lovely to have a serene atmosphere and a stunning view of the sea right from my room.

More senior-friendly seating in dining areas would help.

The room boasts a jacuzzi bathtub, very relaxing after long sightseeing days. The air conditioning struggled a bit during peak heat.

The location of Glk Premier Acropol Suites & Spa can’t be beaten. Just a few minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. I loved having breakfast on the terrace with views of the Blue Mosque. The breakfast spread was impressive. the selection of pastries and fresh fruits was delightful. I must mention Mr Ali at the reception. he was incredibly helpful with suggestions for local dining and navigating the city. The executive suite was cozy, with a lovely little balcony where I could enjoy the view. The room was clean and comfortable, even if it felt a bit snug at times. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep up during the heat, which was a bit uncomfortable at night. I also noticed some maintenance issues in the bathroom, like a leaky faucet that required attention. Despite these minor hiccups, the friendly atmosphere and the charm of the hotel made my stay enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to assist, especially when I forgot something in my room. I appreciated that. I'd definitely come back to this hotel, especially for its location and welcoming vibe.
